曼德电子电器有限公司热系统分公司于2023年10月、11月成功签约bmw两个全球车型平台项目，成为首家拿到bmw全球空调项目定点的中国企业。为进行全球布局以促进曼德业务的出海，同时更好的近地化服务客户，公司分别于中国沈阳、德国丁格芬建设工厂。
2023年12月1日，曼德电子电器董事长赵国庆，总裁吴楠，沈北新区区委书记、辉山开发区党工委书记吴军等政企双方相关负责人在沈阳市沈北新区人民政府出席签约仪式。
公司计划投资2亿元，拟建设占地55亩的汽车零部件生产基地项目坐落于沈北新区（辉山开发区），项目达产后，预计年产值3.5亿元，达产后三年产值近10亿元，提供就业岗位200余个，为新区的汽车产业添砖加瓦。

此次与bmw的定点合作和新工厂的建立是曼德电子电器有限公司热系统分公司发展史上的又一重要里程碑，是公司成为空调行业头部企业的重要见证，同时推动曼德整体能力提升、助力曼德向国际化布局更进一步。

mind electric appliances co., ltd. thermal system was successfully awarded two global vehicle platform projects by bmw group in october and november 2023, becoming the first chinese enterprise to obtain the designated position for bmw's global air conditioning business. in order to expand the global footprint for mind globalization strategy and better serve customers in close proximity, the company will build plants in shenyang, china and dingolfing, germany.

on december 1, 2023, mr. zhao guoqing, chairman of mind electric appliances, mr. wu nan, ceo of mind electric appliances, and mr. wu jun, secretary of shenbei new district committee and huishan development zone party working committee, as well as the relevant officials from both government and enterprises, attended the signing ceremony at shenbei new district people's government in shenyang.
mind thermal system plans to invest 200 million cny to build a 55 acre automotive components production base which located in shenbei new district (huishan development zone). the project is expected to have an annual sales revenue of 350 million cny after sop, with total sales revenue 1 billion cny 3 years after sop. it will provide more than 200 job opportunities and contribute to shenbei new district’s automotive industry.

the cooperation with bmw ag for the new projects and the establishment of a new plant this time is another key milestone in the development history of the mind thermal system. it is an important witness for mind to become a leading enterprise in the air conditioning industry, while promoting mind's overall ability improvement and helping mind further expanding towards internationalization.

at present, the automotive components products of mind thermal system cover five categories: air conditioning and cooling modules, heat pump systems, battery cooling, user experience products, and intelligent control products. there’re 10 production bases in baoding, xushui, tianjin, taizhou, jingmen, chongqing, pizhou, shenyang, thailand, and germany. with 4 research and development base in wuhan, chengdu, shanghai, and germany, mind has excellent independent research and development capabilities.
